The Learning and Tutoring Center of East Austin (LTCEA) is a non-profit 501c3 organization which opened in February, 2009, for the purpose of providing tutorial services to help children in academic subjects such as reading and mathematics. One of the most important contributions we can make to our society is to educate our children. Our mission is to help eliminate illiteracy in our community and to enhance our children’s abilities to obtain the academic, social and life skills needed for their future success. Program services are free, and will be offered when schools are not in session: Saturdays, before or after school, and during summer recess.
