Third Millennium Alliance

Third Millennium Alliance (3MAlliance) is a nonprofit Ecosystem Services organization. Our focus is the restoration of critically-endangered ecosystems of exceptionally high ecological and biological value. The basis of our work is a dual approach that integrates conservation of intact forest with reforestation of previously-degraded land, particularly through agroforestry. The Choco-Manabi Corridor in western Ecuador – one of the most ecologically-diverse and endangered ecosystems on the planet – is our area of operations. 3MAlliance’s Jama-Coaque Reserve protects one of the last remnants of rainforest in this global biodiversity hotspot.
