Founded in 1982 by Dr. David Portowicz, an immigrant from the U.S., together with Zonik Shaham of blessed memory, a native Israeli and retired officer in the Israeli army.
The Jaffa Institute has a holistic approach, with a goal of meeting as many needs of the children as possible.
