Hope for Helen Foundation is to support Helen Thomson who was diagnosed with refractory celiac spruce. This rare disease can be up to 80% fatal and is not treated by many. The best. Hospital for this is the Mayo Clinic. However; her insurance will not cover any part of this. She is a mother of 4 including young 4 year old twins. We set up a foundation inorder to help others with this disease. We hope this can be turned into a positive by raising awareness and research for celiac’s disease and refractory sprue.
