Hillel is the central address for Jewish life at Emory University, home to more than 2,000 Jewish students. Hillel’s mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish college students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Most young Jews come to college prepared academically but not Jewishly. Hillel is not only their “home away from home,” but also an innovative organization that actively engages Jewish students in meaningful and compelling experiences, connects them to their heritage and ensures a vibrant Jewish future. Emory Hillel is a division of Hillels of Georgia, an affiliate of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and an affiliate of Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life.
